On RAMP

On RAMP supports early-stage companies in the technology and health & life science industries with a pre-accelerator program.

  • Reduces barriers to entry for startups in the idea stage.
  • Connects entrepreneurs new to the ecosystem with subject-matter experts, external programs, and business resources.
  • Prepares entrepreneurs for the 12-week RAMP-in-Residence cohort experience.

Pitch & Polish

Virtual clinics allow entrepreneurs to pitch their business ideas to a team of regional mentors who want to help them polish their presentation, provide feedback on their business model, and connect them with the resources they need to grow.

These are private events with one company at a time pitching their business idea to a regional group of mentors with expertise ranging from banking, legal services, entrepreneurship, and more.

Why it Matters

RAMP aims to be a navigator of resources for entrepreneurs new to the ecosystem, a first touchpoint to help startups find their grounding and connect to appropriate resources such as subject-matter experts, external programs, and additional business resources.

It can take multiple levels of business acceleration for a company to break into commercialization for their tech.
