WoTech Lunch & Learn with Anita Roach

Join us for our WoTech Lunch & Learn, Part 2 of Anita’s discussion, “Moving from Awareness to Agency – A hands-on introduction to the Safe & Sound Approach.”

This interactive session helps participants bridge the gap between individual insight and systemic change. Through assessments, reflection, peer consulting, and strengths-based tools, attendees will begin building the capacity—and case—for trauma-informed transformation.

Part 2 Agenda:

• Welcome and re-orientation to the challenges and themes
• 7 Agreements overview and personal/organizational assessment activity
• Group consulting activity based on their assessments
• How to build for safety not speed to create adoptable change and discussion on where they see both need and challenges
• Using our strengths to fuel sustainable change advocacy
• Closing and Q&A

Lunch will be provided starting at 11:30 AM, with our speaker kicking off at noon. We’ll wrap up by 1:00 PM, leaving you energized and ready to take on the rest of your day. Come hungry—for knowledge, connection, and a great meal.

Doors open at 11:30 AM for networking and lunch with programming beginning at 12:00 PM.  Program ends at 1:00 PM.
