New Developments in Commercializing Capsadyn®
This year, Chorda Pharma started marketing Capsadyn®, an over-the-counter topical analgesic for muscle and joint pain and other ailments. We’ll talk about issues related to regulation, manufacturing, intellectual property, and marketing as they pertain to Chorda Pharma and other biomedical start-ups in the region. Those in attendance can receive a free sample of Capsadyn®.
About The Speaker
Dr. Iannello serves as CEO of Chorda Pharma, which is developing and commercializing non-opioid analgesics to treat the growing incidence of chronic pain from arthritis, diabetic neuropathy, sports injuries, and other ailments. Dr. Iannello was the CEO and Founder of other technology startups in the region, has served as a board member for Clinic Clinic, and is a past co-chairman of Valleys Innovation Council (now Verge). Dr. Iannello attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and holds the SB, SM, and ScD degrees in Nuclear Engineering.
